1. Couples Massage Class, February 25th, 2012 from 10AM to 4PM. Cost: $60.00 per couple. This class will introduce the attendee to a brief history, health benefits, contraindications and techniques with demonstrations. At the conclusion of the class the attendee wil be able to perform a 50-60 minute massage on their partner. This class is for couples or friends interested in learning the art of relaxation massage. Massage table and massage lotion will be provided.
2. "A Natural Cure for Diabetes", February 16th at 6 p.m. 1 hour. Cost: FREE
3. How to Read Food Labels, March 15th at 5:30 p.m. 1 hour. Cost: FREE
