Join us for one of our new classes, "Easy Meal Prep 101", as our health coach, Jennifer Costa, walks you through some practical ways to prepare nutrient dense, plant-based meals. This class will include samples, recipes, and tips to set you up for success as you pursue your health goals. Most importantly, it will demystify the challenges posed in weekly meal prep by showing you how easy it can be to eat healthy without sacrificing time, effort, and money!

Autumn Season, Sweet and Savory Class

Are you looking for autumn seasonal simple healthy recipes?, but have a hard time staying motivated, when it comes to healthy foods. Restorative Health Instructor Amanda Johns, will be sharing her passion about nurturing plant based communities and demonstrating some delicious sweet and savory fall season recipes. She will be providing guidance on positive ways to stay motivated to accomplish a healthy lifestyle. These delightful meals can be made raw or warmed and will fit into your busy schedule. The Class will include excellent food preparation tips, booklet and delicious sweets along with savory entrees. Seating is limited!

In this 2-hour hands on cooking event, we will walk you through inventive, delicious dishes all involving noodles made from veggies! Get hands on practice spiralizing vegetables; chopping and mixing fresh ingredients for a variety of sauces; and creating versatile, tasty dishes. As an added bonus, there will also be a spiralized dessert sampling!
