Sean Ivan, L.M.T.

Sean Ivan has worked in the medical field as a medic in the Army, Paramedic, Nursing Assistant and massage therapist. He has been a practicing massage therapist since 1996 and has worked with multiple disciplines such as Chiropractic, Osteopathic, Orthopedic, Physical Therapy and sports medicine. He is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy of Jacksonville, Florida. Sean has taught entry level massage therapy since 1998 and has been a continuing education provider for massage therapist since 2002. Sean has been a member of the patient care team with Jacksonville Health and Wellness Center since 2007. Sean’s responsibilities are massage therapy, and rehabilitative modalities.

Lisa Caton, L.M.T.

Lisa has been practicing Yoga for twenty years and began her journey with the study of Iyengar yoga. After several years of Iyengar she continued to explore other styles in order to gain a further understanding of Yoga. This included styles such as, Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Kundalini and Jivamukti.

Lisa has attended various Yoga workshops over the past twenty years, taken long term classes in each style and trained with Yogi's such as Bhagavan Das and Armit Desi. Lisa has also had the blessing to train with Peruvian healers who taught her their wisdom about the ways to wholeness.

Lisa’s favorite style of Yoga is the Yoga of acceptance. When we accept our bodies and ourselves as we are, everything changes.
