HOW DOES IT WORK?
The 100% DIET is based on common sense by eating 100% of our foods from 100% natural sources. The key is in defining what exactly natural means! Through our unique nutritional testing and constant monitoring we are able to individualize and customize our program by looking at one's bio-uniqueness.
New Definition of “Natural”
- Food found in nature not laboratories
- Foods free of processing - IDEAL. Acceptable forms of processing include those that enhance nutrient bioavailability - fermenting, sprouting, etc.
- Foods adapted out of need not want.
- Foods that contain “epigenome” nutrients that direct positive biochemical changes within the human body supporting self regulation rather than those promoting disease states
- Foods with intact holo-nutrients
- Foods free of anti-nutrients and Xenobiotics
- Eating an abundance of nutrient dense foods: Sprouts, Green Leafy Vegetables, Juice feasting, etc.
- Foods free of Metaphysical Toxins
The 100% DIET is based on the knowledge that there is an optimal way of eating. This optimal dietary pattern has been shown to exist in various populations around the globe and has shown a preponderance of evidence, grounded in both science and research over the last decade. The 100% DIET is also based on common sense – which would dictate that foods unprocessed and un-manipulated by man will yield the highest of nutrition in macronutrient quality, micronutrient density, antioxidant and phytochemical protection as well as imparting holo-nutrient integrity. The 100% DIET is the first diet to combine both individuality and responsibility in our dietary pursuits. As we will see there are, oftentimes, certain food allergies and/or intolerances, that may be specific to the individual – and the 100% DIET will allow for individual modifications. Certain foods, during times of stress, and “dis” ease can act as “medicine.” Therefore, they are encouraged to be eaten in abundance during these times. For example, if your body is in a healing crisis – a juice feast may be appropriate. Or, if you have been physically injured – you will learn to load up on anti-inflammatory foods.
The 100% DIET foods possess medicinal activities that far surpass any means of prevention we currently understand. The foods also possess a capacity for self healing and self propagation, thus, allowing our bodies’ own mechanisms or in-house pharmaceutical warehouse to administer appropriate prescription regimens and perfectly oriented dosages.
